Senior structural Engineer(part time)Analysis and design of various reinforced concrete and steel structures.Analyzed and designed various low to hi-rise residential,commercial and industrial buildings.For hi-rise buildings basic frame structures, shear wall and frame structures,raft foundations,flat slabs,waffle slabs,prestressed girders and slabs were used.Maximum 24 storied buildings were designed.Some of the buildings are visible now in the sky line of Kuwait city.Each building was designed for wind and checked for earthquakes.ACI code of practice was used for all buildings.A total of 5 hi-rise (20-24 storied) buildings were designed while staying in Archie Center.Archi Center,Safat,Kuwait1984

Senior Structural Engineer (part time)Analysis and design of various reinforced concrete and steel structures. Development of computer programs. Computer analysis and design. Full responsible for computer based analysis section. Guided structural engineers for computer analysis.Various high rise residential,commercial and complexes were analyzed and designed.Shear wall frame interaction was simulated in the analysis process.Open and closed tube like wall systems was considered.A full finite element based analysis was run for each structure.Design was based on provisions of ACI codes and publications.The foundation was a continuous raft supported on piles.The thickness of the foundation was 10 feet.Great care was taken in the analysis and design phases.Involved with total 6 hi-rise building projects.
